বরই আচার: texture, spice ও storage guide
Whole-fruit/paste texture, sweet-sour balance, chilli, seed handling, label, jar condition ও storage ধরে বরই আচার তুলনা করুন।
সংক্ষেপে: বরই আচার seed-সহ whole-fruit piece থেকে soft paste/chutney style পর্যন্ত হয়। Desired texture ঠিক করে sweetener, chilli, salt/sodium, oil, serving size, jar seal ও after-opening direction তুলনা করুন। Dark colour বা thick texture alone দিয়ে age, quality বা safety ধরে নেবেন না।
