Check the seal, ingredients and allergens, batch or lot, best-before date, country of origin and seller details together. A barcode alone does not prove authenticity.
Do you deliver outside Dhaka?
Order before 1:00 PM and we deliver the same day inside Dhaka; anywhere else in Bangladesh takes 2–3 business days. Delivery is free on orders over ৳2,500. Destination-specific charges are confirmed at checkout.
Which payment methods are available?
The currently enabled checkout methods are Cash on Delivery, Card / Mobile Banking. Checkout is the current source if availability changes.
What is the return and refund policy?
If a product arrives damaged, wrong or expired, tell us within 24 hours with photos and we replace it or refund you. Full conditions are on the returns-policy page.
How do I get a free gift with my order?
One gift is added automatically when an order qualifies for an active, available offer. Eligibility uses the merchandise subtotal after discounts, excluding delivery charges. See the free gift page for current offers and rules.
How can I request a bulk or wholesale price?
Use the corporate and bulk order form with product links, pack quantities, budget, destination and required date. Confirm stock, applicable prices and delivery before ordering.
How much is delivery?
Current settings start at ৳60 inside Dhaka and ৳120 outside; confirm the final charge at checkout.
