How do I receive a free gift with my order?
An available gift is added automatically when your order qualifies for an active offer. Eligibility uses the merchandise subtotal after discounts and excludes delivery charges. See the free gift page for current offers.
What information is needed for a wholesale or bulk chocolate enquiry?
Share exact product links, pack sizes, quantities per product, total budget, destination and required date. Confirm stock, presentation, applicable prices and delivery before ordering. Sending an enquiry does not confirm an order or a particular discount.
What should I check before buying chocolate in Bangladesh?
Match brand, flavour, weight and pack count before comparing prices. Check readable label information, the delivered total and seller support. A barcode alone does not prove authenticity.
How much is delivery and where can I receive an order?
Current base delivery settings are ৳60 inside Dhaka and ৳120 outside. Confirm the final charge and estimate at checkout for your address, applicable discounts and service availability.
Can I pay with bKash, cards or another digital method?
Choose from the methods enabled at checkout. When EPS is offered, its payment screen shows the wallets, cards or banks available for that transaction. Confirm the order’s payment status on nemahBites after payment.
How do I track my order?
Enter the private tracking code from the order success page or account order details on the order-tracking page. It shows recorded steps and times; historical orders may have missing timestamps. Keep the code private.
What should I do if a product arrives wrong or damaged?
Keep the order details, packaging and clear photos of the problem, and contact support promptly. Follow the reporting window and conditions in the current returns policy. Refund timing depends on the payment method and verified transaction.
Which ingredients, allergens and nutrition information should I use?
Use the readable label of the specific pack. Do not fill missing values from another size or country’s version of the brand. Check whether nutrition is stated per serving or per 100g before comparing.
Is dark chocolate the same as sugar-free chocolate?
No. Dark chocolate or a cocoa percentage does not establish sugar-free status. Check the exact pack’s claim, ingredients and nutrition, and confirm the label and availability of the pack offered before buying.
How long does chocolate keep and how should I store it?
There is no single shelf life for every chocolate. Use the exact pack’s date and storage directions, including instructions after opening. Avoid heat and moisture exposure. If its condition seems abnormal, ask the seller rather than taste-testing it.
Should I choose Toblerone 35g, 100g or 200g?
Match the chocolate type first, then compare price ÷ grams × 100. For separate gifts, the number of sealed packs also matters. The larger bar is not always cheaper per gram.
How can I tell whether a multipack is good value?
Divide the total price by the piece count for cost per piece, and use price ÷ total grams × 100 for cost per 100g. Choose the comparison that fits your purpose and also check the delivered total.
