Delivery Times and Fees
- Inside Dhaka: ৳60; delivery usually takes 0–1 day. The same-day order cut-off is 1:00 PM (Asia/Dhaka); orders placed after that go out the next day.
- Outside Dhaka: ৳120; delivery usually takes 2–3 business days.
- Free delivery: Orders over ৳2,500.
Order handling takes 0–1 day. The delivery option and final charge available for an address are confirmed at checkout.

Temperature-Sensitive Items
Chocolate is shipped with insulated packaging during April–August. If chocolate arrives melted or another item arrives damaged, report it within 24 hours with clear photos of the product and packaging.
