Delivery charges and same-day timing
What does chocolate delivery in Dhaka cost?
Retail delivery costs ৳60 inside Dhaka and ৳120 elsewhere in Bangladesh. Delivery is free when the eligible merchandise subtotal after discounts is ৳2,500 or more. Checkout confirms the destination-specific charge for your address and order.
When should I order for same-day delivery?
Orders before 1:00 PM are eligible for same-day delivery inside Dhaka, subject to product availability and operational conditions; elsewhere in Bangladesh delivery typically takes 2–3 business days. Delivery is free when the eligible merchandise subtotal after discounts is ৳2,500 or more. Do not assume a one-hour service or a reserved arrival slot. Confirm urgent orders against stock, order time, exact destination and that day’s delivery capacity. Business opening hours and the same-day cutoff are different.
Confirm actual coverage for your address
How do I confirm delivery to my address?
We accept delivery orders for Dhaka addresses. Select the district and area at checkout, then enter the road, house or flat, landmark and recipient phone. If you cannot find your address or need a particular arrival time, send the address to support before ordering. An area appearing in the address picker does not guarantee the same arrival time for every road.

Heat, packaging and storage
How should I receive and store chocolate in hot weather?
Chocolate can soften in heat. Arrange for the recipient to accept the parcel promptly; do not leave it in direct sun, a hot vehicle or outside the door. Check the seal, pack condition and best-before date, then follow that pack’s storage instructions. A gift box or outer packaging is not a guarantee of temperature-controlled delivery.
Current policy specifies insulated packaging in: April, May, June, July, August. For other months or a delayed handover, ask what packaging can be arranged before ordering.

Payment and problems with a delivery
Available payment methods: Cash on Delivery, Card / Mobile Banking through EPS. Check the enabled options at checkout; online payments are completed in your own browser.
What if chocolate arrives melted or the pack is damaged?
If a product arrives damaged, wrong or expired, tell us within 24 hours with photos and we replace it or refund you.
Office, event and wholesale orders
Do the same delivery charges apply to wholesale orders?
For wholesale orders, delivery charge is confirmed after the quote and before you approve the order. Retail delivery rates and the retail free-delivery threshold do not apply automatically. Stock and delivery timing are confirmed separately.
