Product Authenticity Questions
If you receive an item whose authenticity is in question, contact us so we can investigate the supplier. A confirmed authenticity issue qualifies for a full refund.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include applicable taxes. Cash on Delivery is currently available. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Prices may change without notice; the checkout price is final.
Order Acceptance
Orders remain subject to stock and price validation. nemahBites may cancel an order because of a pricing error, stock issue, or suspected fraud.
Cancellation
You may cancel free of charge within 24 hours of placing an order, or any time before dispatch, whichever comes first. Once dispatched, an order can no longer be cancelled. You may refuse the parcel at the door or report an eligible problem within 24 hours after delivery.
Intellectual Property
Site content, product photography, descriptions, and brand assets belong to nemahBites or their respective licensors and may not be reused without permission.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dhaka.
