nemahBites Reward Points: Current Rules
Earn 3 points per ৳100 of eligible merchandise after discounts at nemahBites. 100 points provide ৳100 off; redeem up to 20% of eligible merchandise per order, with a minimum redemption of 10 points. Purchase points are credited only when the order is marked delivered.

How to use your points
- Sign in to your account and check your balance.
- Enter the points you want to redeem at checkout. Your balance, order cap and minimum redemption are checked.
- Review the accepted points discount, delivery charge and remaining amount payable before confirming.
Account and review bonuses
- 50 sign-up points once per new account.
- 20 points when a review is approved. Repeated reviews of the same product do not earn repeated bonuses.

Which amount earns purchase points?
Points are earned on merchandise after product discounts, coupons and redeemed-point discounts. Delivery charges and the free gift do not count. Fractional points are rounded down. Guest orders do not earn account points.
When are points credited, and what happens on cancellation?
Purchase points are credited when an order is marked delivered, not merely when it is paid. If a delivered order is later cancelled or refunded, the points earned on that order are reversed.
Can I redeem my entire balance on one order?
Checkout allows the smaller of your balance and the 20% eligible-merchandise cap. If the allowed amount is below 10 points, no points are redeemed. 100 points have a redemption value of ৳100; fractional discounts are rounded down to whole taka.
