Reward Points: Earning, Redemption & Worked Example
How nemahBites reward points work, with a worked example: what an order earns, what points are worth at checkout and the limit per order.
Earn 3 points per ৳100 of eligible merchandise after discounts at nemahBites. 100 points provide ৳100 off; redeem up to 20% of eligible merchandise per order, with a minimum redemption of 10 points. Purchase points are credited only when the order is marked delivered.

How to use your points
- Sign in to your account. Contact support if you have a balance question.
- Enter the points you want to redeem at checkout. Your balance, order cap and minimum redemption are checked.
- Review the accepted points discount, delivery charge and remaining amount payable before confirming.
Account and review bonuses
- 50 sign-up points once per new account.
- 20 points when a review is approved. Repeated reviews of the same product do not earn repeated bonuses.
Worked example using current rules
For illustration, take ৳1,000 of eligible merchandise and a balance of 100 points. Under the current rules, checkout allows 100 points for ৳100 off. Separately, ৳1,000 of eligible merchandise with no points redeemed earns 30 points after delivery. This is a calculation example, not a product price.

Frequently asked questions
When do points expire, and which points are used first?
Points expire 180 days after they are earned under the current rules. Each earning transaction has its own expiry date. When points are redeemed, the points expiring soonest are used first (FEFO). Earning new points does not extend the expiry of older points.
Can I earn points from a daily app check-in?
Sign in to your account and use the check-in button under Overview to earn 2 points once per day. Check-in resets at 6:00 AM Bangladesh time (midnight UTC). Opening the app or website alone does not earn points. AI agents cannot claim a check-in on your behalf.
Which amount earns purchase points?
Points are earned on merchandise after product discounts, coupons and redeemed-point discounts. Delivery charges and the free gift do not count. Fractional points are rounded down. Guest orders do not earn account points.
When are points credited, and what happens on cancellation?
Purchase points are credited when an order is marked delivered, not merely when it is paid. If a delivered order is later cancelled or refunded, the points earned on that order are reversed.
Can I redeem my entire balance on one order?
Checkout allows the smaller of your balance and the 20% eligible-merchandise cap. If the allowed amount is below 10 points, no points are redeemed. 100 points have a redemption value of ৳100; fractional discounts are rounded down to whole taka.
