Which local digital payments can I use in Bangladesh?
Pay through EPS using local mobile banking, cards or internet banking. EPS supports options including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Visa and Mastercard. You can use any method displayed on the EPS payment screen for your transaction.
Which payment methods are available?
nemahBites offers cash on delivery (COD) and Card / Mobile Banking through EPS. The checkout lists enabled methods, and the EPS payment screen shows the networks available for your transaction.
How do I pay through EPS?
Go from your cart to checkout and enter your contact and delivery details. Select Card / Mobile Banking and submit the order to continue to EPS. Complete payment there, then check the order status on nemahBites.
Money was debited but payment is pending. What should I do?
Do not immediately pay again. Contact support with your order number, payment reference, time and amount. Returning from the payment screen alone does not prove payment succeeded; the gateway transaction status must be checked.
Can an AI assistant complete my EPS payment?
Our agent checkout can place COD orders. EPS requires you to complete checkout and payment in your own browser. Do not send a PIN, OTP or card security details to an assistant or chat.
How do refunds work?
Contact us with the order and payment reference. Requests are reviewed against the returns policy and verified transaction. Timing depends on the payment method and provider; an instant refund is not guaranteed.
