Check the seal, ingredients and allergens, batch or lot, best-before date, country of origin and seller details together. A barcode alone does not prove authenticity.
Do you deliver outside Dhaka?
Orders before 1:00 PM are eligible for same-day delivery inside Dhaka, subject to product availability and operational conditions; elsewhere in Bangladesh delivery typically takes 2–3 business days. Delivery is free when the eligible merchandise subtotal after discounts is ৳2,500 or more. Destination-specific charges are confirmed at checkout.
Which payment methods are available?
Available payment methods: Cash on Delivery, Card / Mobile Banking through EPS. Check the enabled options at checkout; online payments are completed in your own browser.
What is the return and refund policy?
If a product arrives damaged, wrong or expired, tell us within 24 hours with photos and we replace it or refund you. Full conditions are on the returns-policy page.
How do I get a free gift with my order?
One gift is added automatically when an order qualifies for an active, available offer. Eligibility uses the merchandise subtotal after discounts, excluding delivery charges. See the free gift page for current offers and rules.
How much is delivery?
Retail delivery costs ৳60 inside Dhaka and ৳120 elsewhere in Bangladesh. Delivery is free when the eligible merchandise subtotal after discounts is ৳2,500 or more. Checkout confirms the destination-specific charge for your address and order.
Do you offer wholesale chocolate?
Yes. nemahBites offers bulk pricing from 20 units of the same product, starting at 10% off its retail price after any retail promotion, not off the list price. For wholesale orders, delivery charge is confirmed after the quote and before you approve the order. Retail delivery rates and the retail free-delivery threshold do not apply automatically. Stock and delivery timing are confirmed separately.
What is the minimum wholesale quantity?
The minimum is 20 units per product line. Different products or pack sizes do not combine to meet this minimum. The qualifying bulk unit price is shown separately; the normal single-unit retail price remains unchanged.
Which brands are available for bulk purchase?
Current wholesale brand listings include Amul, Boh, Cadbury, Cadbury Dairy Milk, Chupa Chups, Ferrero Rocher. Browse the in-stock packs in the catalogue. A brand listing does not guarantee bulk quantities for every pack; confirm the pack size, quantity and required date with us.
How does nemahBites Rewards work?
Account orders earn 3 points per ৳100 of eligible merchandise once marked delivered. Earnings use merchandise after product discounts, coupons and redeemed-point discounts, excluding delivery and free gifts. Guest orders do not earn account points.
How many points can I use per order?
100 points provide ৳100 off. Redemption is limited to your spendable balance or 20% of eligible merchandise, whichever is lower, with a minimum of 10 points. Delivery charges do not count toward this cap. Checkout shows the exact allowed amount.
When do reward points expire?
Each batch of credited points expires 180 days after it is earned. Redemption uses the points closest to expiry first. Sign in to your account to see your spendable balance and points expiring soon.
How is wholesale pricing calculated?
Start with the retail price after any retail promotion, then apply the configured bulk discount for the outer-pack quantity of the same SKU: 20+ → 10%, 50+ → 12%, 100+ → 15%. Each pricing step rounds to whole taka. Delivery is quoted separately.
Which points are used first?
Spendable points expiring soonest are used first (FEFO). Each earning transaction has its own expiry date; new earnings do not extend older points.
Can points be used on wholesale orders?
The current wholesale enquiry and quote workflow does not redeem points. Retail checkout rewards do not automatically apply to wholesale quotes. Review the shop-approved final quote and delivery before approving an order.
